Dear Parents and Students of the Senior Class of 2022,
Below you will find important information regarding the submission of your senior portraits for the 2021-2022 Castle View High School yearbook, as well as a list of preferred photographers serving the Castle Rock community. The yearbook is an all-digital, all-color book with strict deadlines, so correct and timely submission of your senior photo is essential.
Please give your photographer the requirements listed below:
- All portraits should be vertical rectangles, 2 inches by 3 inches, at 300dpi, saved in JPEG format.
- All portraits should be head and shoulder shots. Photos not submitted as head shots will be cropped.
- Portraits featuring any clothing, items, or subjects in violation of school policy or dress code will not be accepted.
- Portraits with props or animals will not be accepted.
- Portraits must be submitted digitally; we will not accept hard copies of any portrait.
- Photographers should also submit portraits digitally using the link listed below.
- Please submit just one photo.
- Please submit using the website link below. Do not email photos. Upon submission, you will get a confirmation email from Jostens -- and this does confirm your submission! We will contact students and parents/guardians via email if a photo has not been submitted, so please do not email for additional confirmation.
- No portraits will be accepted after 3 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021. Please contact us prior to the final date if you have any questions or concerns.

Our preferred photographers have our specifications, have demonstrated their professionalism in the past, will provide a quality set of portraits for you at competitive rates, and have shown their support for the Castle View student media program by purchasing an advertising package. To see digital ads for each photographer, please click on the photographer's name in the first column.
If you prefer to submit your own portrait, please use the highest possible dpi on your digital camera. All specifications still apply. Our goal is to get every senior pictured in the yearbook, so please contact me at the email listed below if you have questions.
Our deadline for all senior portraits is 3 p.m. on Monday October 4, 2021.
