CVHS School-Issued Device Check-Out Process

In the event that a family faces financial hardship and cannot provide a student with a device to access the learning environment, CVHS has a small number of school-owned Chromebooks reserved to ensure that all students can access their learning.

If your family cannot provide your student with a device due to extreme financial hardship, please fill out THIS REQUEST FORM. School staff will review requests to ensure they meet appropriate need criteria. If school staff approves the request, your family will receive an email from CVHS Technology Specialist Vivian Harvey to set up a time on the first day of school for your student to pick up a school-owned Chromebook. If school staff does NOT approve your request, you will receive communication from CVHS administration.

In addition, the CVHS Device Loan Agreement 2024-2025 from Express Check-in needs to be on file for your student. *** Please be aware processing your request will be delayed if this Device Agreement has not yet been submitted.***
