CVHS School-Issued Device Check-Out Process

In the event that a family faces financial hardship and cannot provide a student with a device to access the learning environment, CVHS has a small number of school-owned Chromebooks reserved to ensure that all students can access their learning.

If your family cannot provide your student with a device due to extreme financial hardship, please fill out THIS REQUEST FORM. School staff will review requests to ensure they meet appropriate need criteria.  Approved requests will receive an email from CVHS Computer Support Technician Vivian Harvey within 3 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of your request with Chromebook pickup instructions for your student. If your request is not approved, you will receive communication from CVHS administration.

In addition, the CVHS Technology Use Agreement 2025-2026 from Express Check-in needs to be on file for your student. *** Please be aware that processing your request will be delayed if this Device Agreement has not yet been submitted.***
